This checklist outlines the end-to-end onboarding process required to successfully launch your syndication on Avestor, from initial information gathering through building your live, investor-facing offering page. The process is organized into four phases: (1) information collection and portal setup, (2) legal and compliance documentation, (3) offering setup within the platform (legal + operational), and (4) creation of your investor-facing offering page. Completing each phase in order helps prevent delays, ensures regulatory compliance (including Form D considerations), and allows your offering to be launched smoothly and made visible to investors once all required materials are in place
